Kathryn is an acting coach to many young and aspiring Broadway and television actors and has worked closely with Lane Napper (Nickelodeon’s I Carly and currently Victorious) in many improvisational and scripted workshops.

Over the past 20+ years, fitness has always been a huge part of Kat’s life. Before her theater career she was a top fitness professional teaching and training in NYC. She realized it was more difficult to stay fit for her show and created a workout that could be done anywhere and acheived full body conditioning. She has appeared in numerous fitness videos for Reebok with Petra Kolber and Lisa Gaylord, and independent fitness companies as well as presented at the top fitness conferences IDEA and ECA. Throughout her career, she continued to personal train while performing in various Broadway shows. She had two knee surgeries and knew it was critical to keep the muscles around the knees strong to enable her to keep dancing, and this workout makes it possible. Now in her 40’s Kat is still dancing and stronger than ever. As she says, “I feel stronger and healthier and more effective in my dance and acting career than ever before. I want to bring this to everyone.”

Hope has been involved with theater, acting, singing and dance since she was 12 yrs. old. Having studied as a young adult with Uta Hagen at HB Studios in NYC and working at MCC Theater off Broadway she has always been fascinated by all aspects of theater both on and off the stage. A professional Equity actress who has performed regionally and Off Broadway, Hope always believed that the mind and body were connected in performance. Currently the busy mother to a wonderful daughter and managing several different businesses Hope came to KatMoJAM looking for a way to combine her love of dance and movement and she NEEDED to get her body back in shape after those pregnancy pounds didn’t quite melt off!!Time management is crucial and rarely do a mother, wife and working girl get the time to take care of one’s self. That is exactly what Kat does thru her amazing program. Hope has lost over 30 pounds but more importantly is stronger, fitter, hotter and happier with KatMoJAM and the great workouts that Kat provides with her high octane energy and passion for getting your body to a new level of strength and shape . Importantly she believes in KatMoJAM because she has seen and felt the results and is never going back but only forward with Kat and her life changing routines.
